2010 (Senior): Played in ten games coming off the bench as a reserve defensive end... made 14 tackles (7 solo) on the season... had 1.5 tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries and two pass break-ups... had a season high three tackles at Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee Tech... 2009 (Junior): Played in ten games opening the first six games as a starter at defensive end… ended year with 18 tackles (5 solo)… had 3.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks… forced a fumble against Eastern Kentucky… biggest tackle game was four in win at Jacksonville State... 2008 (Sophomore): Played in five games making two solo tackles... credited with two quarterback hurries... 2007 (RS-Freshman): Played in five games making lone tackle at Jacksonville State... 2006 (Freshman): Redshirted. 

HIGH SCHOOL: First team Class 1B Florida High School Athletic Association All-State for coach Diedrick Dodge at Evangel Christian High School... team won Class 1B state championship in 2005 finishing with a 10-3 record... second team All-Polk County... team MVP and team captain... finished senior year with 127 tackles to rank fifth in county... also lettered in basketball and baseball... National Honor Society. 

PERSONAL: Physical education major with teacher certification... No. 1 sports highlight was winning state championship as a senior to finish career on top... son of Maria Garcia.
