2013 (6TH YEAR): Granted sixth year of eligibility by NCAA during 2012 season... preseason All-Ohio Valley Conference... started all 14 games at defensive end... earned first team All-OVC honors... finished season with 38 tackles (24 solo)... led team with 6.5 sacks which ranked sixth in the OVC... was second on the team with 10.5 tackles for loss which ranked 11th in the OVC... season high six tackles in win over Illniois State, had three tackles for loss and two sacks in that game... had five fumble recoveries which ranked 11th in the FCS... added five pass break-ups and two forced fumbles... had one blocked kick in FCS playoff game against Towson... 2012 (SENIOR): Started 12 games at defensive end... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors... finished year with 53 tackles (22 solo)... had 8.5 tackles for loss with a season high 2.5 TFL against Murray State... recorded three sacks with one each against Southern Illinois, Illinois State and South Dakota State... had three forced fumbles with two against Jacksonville State... had a blocked kick against JSU... season high nine tackles (4 solo) against Murray State... 2011 (JUNIOR): Played in all 11 games as a reserve defensive lineman... had 21 tackles (13 solo) with four tackles for loss... had lone sack of the season at Austin Peay... season high four tackles in back-to-back games at Northwestern and against Tennessee Tech... had an interception returned for 16 yards against Tennessee State... 2010 (SOPHOMORE): Transferred to EIU in summer of 2010, and sat out the 2010 season due to NCAA transfer rules.

ILLINOIS STATE: Redshirted the 2008 season... played in just two games in 2009 making one tackle for loss.

HIGH SCHOOL: Rated a two-star recruit by Rivals.com for coach Jim Zimmer at Andrew HS... Illinois High School Football Coaches Association (IHSFCA) First-Team Class 8A All-State selection... 2007 Chicago Tribune All-State Special Mention honoree... two-time all-conference and all-area selection... named the 2007 South West Suburban Conference (SWSC) Player of the Year... as a senior, the Thunderbolts won the SWSC title with an 8-3 record... posted five quarterback sacks, 11 tackles for loss and one interception as a senior... as a junior, notched eight tackles for loss, three quarterback sacks and three interceptions, including two that were returned for a touchdown.
