HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Mike McDonald at Effingham HS helping the squad post a 7-4 record finishing second in the Apollo Conference... was first team All-Conference as a senior and second team as a sophomore and junior... finished his senior season with 93 total tackles including five games with double figure tackles... had four sacks on the season including two against Charleston HS... honorable mention All-State.

PERSONAL: Son of Robert and Angie Monical... memorable sports moment was shutting our first five opponents during junior season.
