Prior to Eastern Illinois
* Worked two seasons at Idaho (2019-21), serving as associate head coach in second year
* Helped coach Trevon Allen who ranked 15th in NCAA in scoring earning second team All-Big Sky Conference honors
* Worked 2018-19 season as a quality control consultant at Southern Illinois, team posted 17 wins and 10-8 in MVC
* Worked three season at Evansville (2015-18) on head coach Marty Simmons staff
* Helped coach team to 58 wins in three years including reaching MVC Championship game in 2016 and posting 25-9 mark
* Worked nine seasons at Nevada (2006-15), the final six seasons as the associate head coach
* Helped coach team to three Western Athletic Conference regular-season championships
* Helped coach team to five post-season tournament appearances and two national rankings (reached as high at No. 9 in nation)
* Coached six players that would go on to the NBA including first round selections JaVale McGee and Luke Babbitt
* Coached two Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year (Armon Johnson and Deonte Burton)
* Worked four seasons at Nebraska (2002-06)
* Helped coach team to two NIT appearances
* Worked three seasons at Illinois (1999-02)
* Helped coach team to one NIT appearance
* Worked five seasons at Southwest Texas State (now Texas State) (1994-99)
* Helped coach team to two Southland Conference Championships
* Helped coach team to one NCAA Tournament appearance
* Worked five seasons at Indiana State (1989-94)
