2023 (5TH YEAR): Competed in all six meets during the 2023 season... named Ohio Valley Conference Male Runner of the Year for the season and then OVC Runner of the Championship following first place finish at the OVC Championship meet... had two first place finishes on the season winning season opening EIU Walt Crawford and the OVC Championship... earned first team All-OVC honors winning the OVC meet with an 8K time of 23:33.57 which ranked as the second fastest 8K time in school history... was twice named the OVC Runner of the Week during the season... added top five finishes at the ISU Redbird Invite (4th), Louisville Classic (5th) and Bradley "Pink" Classic (3rd)... placed 29th at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 31:26.0... 

2022 (SENIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2022 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors as part of OVC team championship with a third place finish at the OVC championship... posted an OVC championship 8K time of 25:10.7... placed 46th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 30:30.9 with ranked tied for the sixth best 10K in school history... added a third place finish in the season opening EIU Walt Crawford Open with a tenth place finish at the ISU Redbird Invite... season best 8K time was 24:27.7 at the Louisville Classic with time ranked tied for 18th best in school history... 

2021 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2021 season... member of the Ohio Valley Conference Championship team earning second team All-OVC honors with a 14th place finish at the championships running an 8K time of 25:40.1... added a 15th place finish in the red race of the Bradley Pink Classic with a season best 8K time of 24:28.5... placed 71st at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:03.49... 

2020 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in all three meets during the 2020 season contested during the spring of 2021... was a member of OVC Championship team which scored 44 points... placed 20th at OVC Championships with an 8K time of 28:38.7... opened season placing sixth at the Southeast Missouri Meet with an 8K time of 25:05.6... placed fifth at the EIU Spring Open with an 8K time of 25:08.9... 

2019 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all six meets during the 2019 season... opened collegiate career with fourth place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford... placed 23rd at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 25:39.5 at the OVC meet... season best 8K time was 24:49.6 at the Louisville Classic... finished 100th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 32:54.9... 

EIU TRACK
2024: Competed in indoor track during the 2024 season... INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the season... scored points for EIU with four podium finishes at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... was selected as the OVC Male Track Athlete of the Year as well as OVC Athlete of the Championships after multiple podium performances... won three second team All-OVC awards, including the DMR (10:02.03), Mile (4:10.31), and 800 meter (1:52.51) races... posted a first place finish in the 3,000 meter race at the Eastern Illinois John Craft Invite with a time of 8:15.20, which also ranks tenth in the EIU record book... season best 800 meter time was 1:51.14 at the Notre Dame Invite, which ranks seventh in the EIU record book... season best mile was 4:03.59 at the Meyo Invite... OUTDOOR... Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... scored points in two events at the OVC Championship including the 800 and 1,500 meter events... earned second team All-OVC honors with silver medal performances in both events at the OVC Championship... personal best 5,000 meter time was 15:20.97 at the OVC Championship... posted a first place finish in the 800 meter race with a time of 1:52.51 at the Gibson Invite... posted two first place finishes at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue in the 800 meter and 1,500 meter races with a time of 1:51.31 and 3:54.32... competed in the NCAA West Regional in the 800 meter run placing 45th with a time of 1:53.30... 

2023: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2023 season... INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the season... had four podium finishes scoring points for the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championship squad... was a first-team All-OVC performer winning the 800 meter with a time of 1:51.84... was a first-team All-OVC performer running the third leg on the OVC Champion 4x400 relay with a gold medal time of 3:17.38... added a pair of bronze medal finishes in the mile and on the Distance Medley Relay... had a third place mile time of 4:07.98... the DMR posted a third place time of 10:20.10... season best mile time was 4:03.56 at the ISU Classic setting school record that had stood for more than 40 years (1979)... season best 800 meter time was 1:51.13 at the Grand Valley Big Meet, time ranked seventh on EIU record book list... ran the 3,000 meter at the EIU John Craft with a season best time of 8:31.44... OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... scored points in both the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events at the OVC Outdoor Championship... was a second team All-OVC performer with a sliver medal performance in the 800 meter posting a time of 1:52.07... was fourth in the 1,500 meter run at the OVC Championship... season best 800 meter time was 1:50.81 at the Drake Relays... season best 1,500 time was 3:47.78 at the Bryan Clay Invite... 

2022: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2022 season... INDOOR: Competed in two meets during the indoor season... ran the 800 meter and mile events... season best 800 meter time was 1:54.80 at the Indiana Gladstein... season best mile time was 4:19.22 at the EIU John Craft... OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season... ran just the 800 meter event during the year with a season best time of 1:53.22 at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships... won the bronze medal in the 800 meter race at the OVC Championships... 

2021: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2021 season... INDOOR: Competed in one meet during the indoor season... ran the mile at the Grand Valley Big Meet winning the event with a time of 4:06.49, time ranked sixth on the EIU career record list... OUTDOOR: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... honorable mention All-American after placing 21st in the 800 meter at the NCAA National Championships with a championship prelim time of 1:50.51... named Ohio Valley Conference Male Track Athlete of the Year... named Ohio Valley Conference Male Freshman of the Year... earned first team All-OVC honors winning the 800 meter run with a gold medal time of 1:51.75... earned second team All-OVC honors with a silver medal performance in the 1,500 meter run... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter event during the year... season best performance in both events was in breakout at the Texas Relays... won the 800 meter event at the Texas Relays with a time of 1:47.66 which ranked as the second best time in EIU school history... won the 1,500 meter event at the Texas Relays with a time of 3:46.91 which ranked as the seventh best time on the EIU career record list... added first place finishes during the season in the 800 meter at the SIU Bill Cornell and EIU Big Blue... added 1,500 meter first place finishes during the year at the EIU Big Blue and the Drake Relays... named OVC Track Athlete of the Week three times during the season (March 25, April 1 and April 29)... added a first place finish on the 4x400 relay at the ISU Redbird Invite... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events... 

2020: Competed in indoor track during the 2020 season... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season... first team All-OVC winning the 800m race at the OVC Indoor Track Championships with a time of 1:52.40... added a first place finish in the 800m at the Illini Invite with a time of 1:55.97... ran the indoor mile with a season best time of 4:15.56 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... member of OVC Indoor Championship squad... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Dundee-Crown HS... during the cross country season competed at the IHSA Class 3A Hoffman Estates Sectional...  competed at the Mid-East Cross Country Championships placing 32nd in with a 5K time of 16:47.5...  during the track season finished season placing third in the 800 meter run at the Class 3A St. Charles North Sectional with a time of 1:59.56...
