2014: Competed in five meets during the 2014 season... top 8K time was 25:49.39 at the OVC Championships where he placed 31st... placed 97th at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 31:36.7... 
2013: Redshirted 2013 cross country season...
2012: Competed in three meets during the 2012 cross country season... top time was 26:16 at the Bradley Classic... placed 8th at the Illini Open.

2015: Competed in 2015 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran the 3K and 5K... top 3K time was 8:49.33 at the EIU Friday Night... top 5K time was 15:18.38 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... during outdoor season ran the 1500m, 5K and 10K events... season best 10K time was 31:19.24 during first place finish at the EIU Big Blue... scored points as part of OVC Outdoor Championship squad in the 10K... season best 5K was 15:10.18 at the Illini Twilight... 
2014: Competed in 2014 indoor track, redshirted 2014 outdoor season... during indoor season ran the 800m and mile events... best mile time was 4:29.35 at the EIU Friday Night...

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country at Bureau Valley HS... posted top 25 finishes at the IHSA Class 1A state cross country championships as a sophomore, junior and senior... was 23rd as a sophomore, 9th as a junior and 14th as a senior... best state championship 3-mile time was 15:07 as a junior... competed at IHSA state track meet in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m run... placed 3rd at state meet in 3200m with a time of 9:58.65... was 12th in 800m at state meet with a time of 2:05.28...
