2021 (SENIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2021 season... member of Ohio Valley Conference Championship team earning second team All-OVC honors with an 11th place finish at the OVC Championships running an 8K time of 25:25.1... season best finish was third at the EIU Walt Crawford Open with an 8K time of 25:08.8... added a fifth place finish in the red race at the Bradley Pink Classic... season best 8K time was 24:04.2 at the Louisville Classic... placed 34th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:15.01... 

2020 (JUNIOR):  Competed in two of three meets during the 2020 season contested during the spring of 2021... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a sixth place finish at the OVC Championships... member of team title winners that scored 44 points... posted an 8K time of 27:28.6 at the OVC Championships... opened season winning the EIU Spring Open with an 8K time of 24:51.1...OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2019 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in all six meets during the 2019 season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a 13th place finish at the OVC meet with an 8K time of 25:30.6... opened season winning the EIU Walt Crawford with an 8K time of 25:44.7 to earn OVC Runner of the Week honors... added a 13th place finish at the Louisville Classic posting an 8K time of 24:00.6 which was the fifth best time in school history... added another sub-25 minute performance at the Bradley Pink Classic White Race with a time of 24:54.6 to place 24th... finished 56th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:09.6... 

2018 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during the 2018 season... season best 8K time was 26:04.7 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships placing 39th... season best finish was 14th at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford...

2021: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2021 season... INDOOR: Competed in one meet during the indoor season... ran the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:27.08 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran four different events during the year - 800 meter, 1,500 meter, steeplechase and 5,000 meters... season best 800 meter and 1,500 meter times were at the ISU Redbird Invite with 800 mark of 1:55.23 and 1,500 mark of 3:56.58... season best steeplechase time was 9:00.55 at the Drake Relays, time ranked fifth on EIU career record list... won the bronze medal in the steeplechase at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:06.89... season best 5,000 meter time was 14:29.89 at the EIU Big Blue... posted a first place finish in the 1,500 meter run at the SIU Bill Cornell... member of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the steeplechase and 5,000 meter... OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2020: Competed in indoor track during the 2020 season... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... INDOOR: Competed in four meets during the indoor season... first team All-OVC running the opening leg on the gold medal winning Distance Medley Relay team that posted a winning time of 10:08 at the OVC Indoor Track Championships... ran the indoor mile and 3,000m... season best mile was 4:22.30 at the EIU Friday Night... season best 3,000m was 8:34.08 at the OVC Championships... member of OVC Indoor Championship squad... OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2019: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2019 season... INDOOR - Competed in five meets during the indoor season... ran the 800m and indoor mile... season best 800m time was 1:55.24 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... season best mile time was 4:20.71 at the Iowa Black & Gold... was a member of the bronze medal Distance Medley Relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships that posted a time of 10:06.89... OUTDOOR - Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800m, 1,500m and steeplechase... season best 800m time was 1:57.62 at the SIU Bill Cornell... season best 1,500m time was 3:58.75 at the Illini Twilight... season best steeplechase time was 9:05.32 at the OVC Outdoor Championships which resulted in a bronze medal podium finish... member of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad... during the summer competed at the USATF U-20 National Championships placing fourth in the steeplechase to be an alternate for the Pan-Am U-20 Games... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Edwardsville HS advancing to the IHSA Class 3A State Championships in the 4x400 meter relay and 800 meter run as a senior... placed 12th in the state in the 800 meter run with a finals time of 1:57.08... was the Belleville West Sectional winner with a time of 1:54.41...  during the cross country season advanced to the IHSA Class 3A State Championship finishing 83rd with a time of 15:22...  was ninth at the Granite City Sectional with a time of 15:21...
