2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in all six meets during the 2024 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a runner-up finish at the OVC Championships posting an 8K time of 24:11.8, time ranked as the 13th best in EIU school history... posted a 10K time of 30:55.25 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 71st with 10K time ranking as the 15th best in school history... opened year with a first place finish in the EIU Walt Crawford Open... had a top 25 finish at the Indiana State McNichols Invite placing 24th with an 8K time of 24:56.7 which earned OVC Runner of the Week honors... finished 31st at the Bradley "Pink" Classic in the Red Division Race...OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all six meets during the 2023 season... ran at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships placing as EIU's fourth scored runner helping team win fourth consecutive OVC team championship... placed 18th at the OVC Championship with a season best 8K time of 24:35.46... opened career with a 14th place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford... placed 149th at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 33:25.9... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

EIU TRACK 
2025: Competed only in indoor track during the 2025 season… INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the course of the indoor season… finished first in the 3000m run with a time of 8:30.90 at the 2025 John Craft Invite… recorded a season best in the mile run with a time of 4:10.11 at the Missouri Bob Teel Invitational… notched a first place finish in the 3000m run with a time of 8:24.51 at the DePaul Blue Demon Alumni Classic… crossed the finish line in 14:14.18 to earn a season best and claim the fastest time in the OVC in the 5000m run at the Grand Valley Big Meet… earned a bronze medal in the 3000m run at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships… OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2024: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2024 season... INDOOR: Competed in four meets during the indoor season... won a silver medal at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships after posting a season best time in the 5,000 meter at 14:32.12 earning second team All-OVC... season best 3,000 meter time was 8:19.61 at the Notre Dame Invite... season best mile time was 4:13.87 at the Meyo Invite... all three marks serve as his personal best in their respective event... OUTDOOR... Competed in four meets during the outdoor season... scored points in the OVC Championship with two first place finishes in the 5,000 and 10,000 meter races earning first team All-OVC in both events... selected as the OVC Freshman of the Year... personal best 5,000 meter time was 14:16.45 at the Drake Relays which also enters in eighth in the record book... personal best 10,000 meter time was 31:20.59 at the OVC Championship... personal best 1,500 meter race was 4:02.02 at the Bryan Clay Invite... posted a first place finish in the 5,000 meter race with a time of 14:35.35 at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Mt. Horeb High School...  was a three-time state qualifier in cross country wrapping up prep career as the state champion as a senior...  won the WIAA D2 State Championship with a 5K time of 15:54.7...  posted season best at the 5K distance earlier in the year at the Midwest Invitational with a time of 15:27.4...  placed 27th at the state meet as a junior and competed as a freshman, school did not compete in state championship contested during sophomore year due to COVID-19 but ran in non-traditional spring championship placing 12th at sectional meet...  following junior and senior years competed in the NXR Heartland Regional Championships...  in track and field was a two-time state qualifier in the 3200 meter run...  as a senior placed sixth in the state in the WIAA D1 State Championship with a finals time of 9:11.64...  was eighth in the state as a sophomore at the WIAA D2 State Championship...
