EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all races during 2011 cross country season... placed 21st at OVC championships with a time of 26:49.58... placed 122nd at the NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:58 at the EIU Walt Crawford.
EIU TRACK: Ran in three events during 2012 indoor season and redshirted 2012 outdoor season... best 5K time in indoor was 15:43.16 at EIU Friday Night... transferred to EIU at the 2010-11 winter break and redshirted 2011 indoor season... competed in 2011 outdoor season running the 1500m in two meets... top 1500m time was 4:16.09 in the EIU/ISU Dual.
KASKASKIA COLLEGE: ran two seasons of cross country... earned NJCAA All-Region 24 honors as a sophomore... named team MVP as a freshman as he advanced to the NJCAA National Championships placing 137th.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Salem HS... advanced to IHSA Class 2A State Cross Country Championships in 2008... All-Southern Illinois selection.
