2016: Competed in six meets during the 2016 season... placed 25th at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 26:11.5... finished 143rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:54.6... season best finish was 11th at the EIU Walt Crawford... season best 8K time was 25:34.3 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic...Â
2015: Missed season opening EIU Walt Crawford meet but did return to compete final five meets of the year... placed 21st at Ohio Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 25:58.5... placed 117th at NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 32:30.1... season best 8K time was 25:12.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic...Â

2016: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during 2016 season... Indoor - competed in four meets during the indoor season... ran the 5K as a member of the 2016 OVC Indoor Championship team... season best 5K was 15:12.82 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... ran the 3K and mile... season best 3K was 9:05.81 at the Illini Classic... season best mile was 4:39.81 at the EIU John Craft... Outdoor - competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran the 1500m, 5K and 10K events... season best 1500m time was 4:14.44 at the SIU Bill Cornell... season best 5K was 15:12.47 at the Illini Twilight... season best 10K was 31:37.65 at the OVC Outdoor Championships...Â
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Competed two seasons at Harper College where he was named the USTFCCCA NJCAA Division III Central Region Male Track Athlete of the Year... was a two-time All-American in cross country winning the individual national title in 2014 with a time 27.29.8 on the 8K course... in 2013 placed eighth at the national meet with a time of 28:45.63...  in both seasons helped Harper College win the NJCAA Division III National Championship... on the track earned All-American status both seasons in both the 5K and 10K... placed second in both events at the 2014 national championships... in 2015 won the 5K individual title by 15 seconds with a time of 16:11.26... placed second in the 10K as Harper College finished second as a team at the National Championships. Â
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Schaumburg HS advancing to the IHSA Class 3A sectionals as a senior in both cross country and track.
