2017 - Competed in indoor and outdoor track during 2017 season... Indoor - competed in seven meets during the indoor season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors as a member of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished second at the OVC Indoor Championships... member of OVC Indoor Championship team.. also competed in the 600m, 800m, mile and 4x400m relay during the indoor season... season best 600m time was 1:22.39 at the Indiana Relays... season best 800m was 1:53.93 at the Notre Dame Meyo Invite... season best mile time was 4:22.50 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... Outdoor - competed in five meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events during the season... season best time in the 800m was 1:56.48 at the Illinois Twilight... season best 1,500m time was 4:28.26 at the SIU Bill Cornell...

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Competed two seasons at Rend Lake College... as a freshman advanced to the Junior College National Championships in cross country... posted a finals 8K time of 29:53.1... in track advanced to the JUCO National Championships in both indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season avanced in the 1000m as a sophomore with a finals time of 2:36.99... during freshman outdoor season ran the 800m at the national meet with a finals time 1:56.70...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Mount Vernon HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 2A meet as a junior and senior...
