2024: Did not compete in any meets during the indoor season... OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season...  personal best 1,500 meter race time was 4:07.01 at the SLU Billiken Invite... personal best 5,000 meter race time was 16:11.55 at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Buffalo Grove High School advancing to the IHSA Class 3A State Championship as a senior...  placed 28th at the state meet with a 3-mile finals time of 15:31.5...  was second in the Hoffman Estates Sectional after winning the Palatine Regional...  season best time at the 3-mile distance was 14:40.7 with a third place finish at the First To The Finish Invite....  following senior year competed in the NXR Heartland Regional Championships...  as a track and field athlete would make three different trips to the IHSA State Track Championships....  as a senior placed 23rd in the 3200 meter run with a finals time of 9:34.67...  advanced to the state meet as a junior in the 4x800 meter relay and in the 800 meter run as a sophomore...
