Competed in first four meets of the 2024 season... opened year with a 16th place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford Open... had a season best 8K time of 26:28.1 at the Indiana State McNichols Invite... placed 58th at the Bradley "Pink" Classic running in the White Division Race...OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2023 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in four meets during the 2023 season... ran at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship helping EIU claim fourth straight OVC team championship... finished 54th at the OVC championship with a season best 8K time of 25:38.55... season best finish was 13th at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2022 (FRESHMAN): Competed in first five meets of the season, did not compete at the NCAA Midwest Regional... member of Ohio Valley Conference Championship team placing 46th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 26:58.2... opened season with a season best finish of 26th at the EIU Walt Crawford Open... season best 8K time was 25:42.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic running in the Red Division race...

OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season... earned a bronze medal in the steeplechase at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championship... posted a third place time of 9:39.81 in the steeplechase at the OVC Championship for a season best effort... ran the 10,000 meter run at the Washington Univ. HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year member of the cross country team at Fieldcrest High School while competing four years in track...  as a senior qualified for the IHSA Class 1A State Cross Country Championships finishing seventh with a 3-mile finals time of 14:58.6...  was the Eureka Regional champion and runner-up at the Elmwood Sectional...  as a junior in just second season running cross country, placed ninth at the Seneca Sectional...  in track made back-to-back IHSA Class 1A State Championship appearances competing in the 1,600 meter run...  as a junior placed sixth in the state with a time of 4:27.35 while finishing seventh in the state as a senior with a time of 4:28.29... also lettered in football and basketball... was a member of football team that advanced to IHSA Class 2A state semifinals during sophomore year and Class 2A basketball elite eight in 2019...
