EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six events during the 2009 season missing the OVC meet... placed 159th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 36:08.1... top 8K time was 26:39 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... competed in five events during 2008 cross country season... did not compete at OVC Championships but did place 120th at NCAA Regional... best time of season was 26:31.65 at Evansville Invite... competed in six meets during 2007 cross country season... top finish was 23rd at OVC Championships... top time was 26:15 at the Bradley Classic... 

EIU TRACK: Competed as a middle distance and distance runner during 2010 track season... ran three meets during indoor season with best finish a 4th in the mile at EIU Mega Meet... ran 5,000m and 10,000m at OVC Championships for outdoor season placing 7th in 5K and 4th in 10K... best 5K time was 15:24.92 at EIU Invite... best 10K time was 32.11.55 at WIU Lee Calhoun... ran the 3000m during the 2009 indoor track season with best time a 8:52.89 at the DePauw Invite... during 2009 outdoor season rank distance and steeplechase... best steeplechase mark was 9:58.02 at the Indiana State Invitecompeted in distance races in 2008 indoor and outdoor track season... ran 3,000 meters at OVC Indoor championships... ran 5,000 meters and steeplechase at 2008 OVC Outdoor championships scoring points with a 7th place finish in 5,000m.

High School: Was all conference in cross country and finished in the top 10 at his sectional meet his senior year...  earned four varsity letters while competing at Palatine High School for cross country coach Chris Quick and track coach John Nalley.
