2011: Competed in three meets during the 2011 cross country season... top 8K time was 26:53 at the Illinois Intercollegiate...

2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track... ran in two meets during the indoor season with a season best mile time of 4:17.84 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... during outdoor season competed in the steeplechase at the SIU Invite with a time of 9:43.50... 
2013: Competed in 2013 indoor and outdoor track... member of OVC Indoor Championship team competing in the 3K and 5K... best 3K time was 8:46.45 at the EIU Friday Night... best 5K was 15:21.45 at the Grand Valley Meet... during outdoor season ran the 1500m and steeplechase as member of OVC Outdoor Championship team... earned bronze medal in the steeplechase at the OVC meet with a time of 9:30.62... best 1500m time was 4:02.05 also at the OVC meet...
2012: Redshirted 2012 indoor and outdoor track seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL: Top cross country runner that competed at East Richland HS... as a senior placed 17th in the IHSA Class 1A State Championships with a 3-mile time of 15:18... was the top finisher for East Richland as they placed second in the state meet... at the Edwardsville Sectional helped team win the sectional title placing 8th with a time of 17:01.
