2022 (SENIOR): Competed in first three meets of the 2022 season... season best finish was in season opening EIU Walt Crawford Open with a 37th place finish... season best 8K time was 26:15.1 at the Louisville Classic... 

2021 (JUNIOR): Competed in five meets during the 2021 season missing the Louisville Classic... member of Ohio Valley Conference Championship team earning second team All-OVC honors with a ninth place finish at the OVC Championships... posted an 8K time of 25:20.3 at the OVC Championships... placed 128th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 33:02.19... season best finish was first in the white race of the Bradley Pink Classic finishing with an 8K time of 25:15.3 which was also best 8K time of the year... 

2020 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in two of three meets during the 2020 season contested during the spring of 2021... opened season placing 12th at Southeast Missouri Meet with an 8K time of 25:30.6... was 13th at the EIU Spring Open with a time of 25:46.5... 

2019 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during the 2019 season... opened collegiate career with a sixth place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford... season best 8K time came at Louisville Classic with a time of 25:48.8... finished 49th at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with an 8K time of 26:59.4... did not compete at the NCAA Midwest Regional...

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track and cross country at Downers Grove North HS... in track ran the 3,200 meter event and wrapped up senior season competing at the IHSA Class 3A Downers Grove North Sectional... in cross country was a IHSA Class 3A State Qualifier as a senior placing 70th at the state championship with a 3-mile time of 15:12.2...  placed 19th at the Chicago Marist Sectional with a time of 15:15...  would end competitive season running at the NXR Midwest Regional and Mid-East Championships...  placed 36th at the Mid-East Championship... was 71st at the NXR Midwest Regional with a 5K time of 16:14.6...
