* Hired as men's and women's golf coach in August 2024
* Enters third season as head golf coach at EIU in 2026-27 (13th overall year as EIU coach)
* Had three EIU men's players shoot rounds of 67 during the season (tied for fifth lowest round in school history
* Coached freshman Luke Watson to a tie for lowest 54-hole total in school history at 207 in September 2025 at UT Martin
* Coached Ian Hollander to a tie for 11th lowest 54-hole total in school history with 211 in September 2025 at UT Martin
* Coached men's team to third lowest 54-hole team score in school history - shooting 853 at UT Martin (Sept. 2025)
* Men's team tied for 9th at 2026 OVC Championships shooting 54-hole score of 912, lowest OVC total since 2012
* Had Meera Upadhyay shoot round of 71, second lowest total in school history at Total Athlete Collegiate (Sept. 2025)
* Coached Meera Upadhyay to school record 54-hole score of 227 at the Total Athlete Collegiate (Sept. 2025)
* Coached women's team to sixth lowest 54-hole score in school history with a 966 at the Total Athlete Collegiate (Sept. 2025)
* Coached Mya Mirocha to the 8th lowest 54-hole total in school history at the 2025 OVC Championship
* Coached women's team to fifth lowest 54-hole total team score in school history in October 2024 at Butler
* Coached men's team to sixth lowest 18-hole round in school history in September 2024 at Arkansas State
* Coached men's team to ninth lowest 36-hole tournament score in school history in September 2024 at UT Martin
* Coached men's team to fourth lowest 54-hole tournament score in school history in April 2025 at Tennessee State
* Served ten years as a graduate assistant and assistant coach under Mike Moncel at EIU 
* Helped coach several All-OVC performers and top ten performances during that time

Personal
* Played golf at Parkland College and Southern Indiana
* Worked at both Teutopolis and Sullivan school districts coaching a number of sports
* Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois in 2007
* He and his wife Teresa live in Mattoon, Illinois
