EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete in cross country in the 2012 season... ran in three meets in 2011 cross country season... top 8K time was 26:48 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... appeared in four meets during the 2010 season... bet 8K time was 27:46.88 in the EIU Panther Open... competed in four meets during 2009 season... posted best 8K time of 28:09.59 at the Evansville Invite... 

EIU TRACK: Competed in distance events in 2012 indoor and outrood track... during indoor season ran in two meets with a time of 15:45.82 in the 5000m at the EIU Friday Night... during the outdoor season ran in three meets with a at ime of 4:11.84 in the 1500m... did not compete in track as a freshman or sophomore...

HIGH SCHOOL: Four year letter winner in cross country at West Chicago Community High School... team captain... named school Athlete of the Week... Most Improved on cross country team... Illinois State Scholar... Academic All-Conference.
