EIU: Competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran 200m and 400m during indoor season... second team All-OVC in 400m at indoor OVC Championships... top time was 48.12 in 400m at the NCAA Last Chance which ranks 7th on EIU career list... ran 200m and 400m during outdoor season... best mark was 47.56 at IU Billy Hayes in 400m... member of Drake Relay Sprint Medley Championship team...  ran the 200m and 400m sprints during the 2009 indoor track season... first team All-OVC honors by winning the 400m at the 2009 OVC indoor championships... season best 48.27 time in the 400m at the Notre Dame Last Chance meet which ranks 10th on EIU career list... ran the 200m and 400m during the 2009 outdoor season... placed 3rd in OVC outdoor championships in 400m... season best time in 400m was 47.54 at Louisville Twilight which ranks 10th on EIU career list... ran a leg of the 4x400 relay team that posted second fastest career time at EIU at NCAA Regional at 3:09.99... competed in one meet in 2008 indoor season before missing remainder of season with injury... set personal bests in 200m and 400m at EIU Early Bird... missed 2008 outdoor season with medical redshirt... scored points for 2007 OVC Indoor championship team with sixth place in the 400m... personal best was 50.03 at the Iowa State Classic... scored points for 2007 OVC Outdoor championship team with a fifth place in the 400m... personal best was at OVC’s with a time of 48.20... personal best was 22.30 in 200m which resulted in a second place at Western Illinois... second team All-OVC in 4x400 relay... relay time finished with a time of 3:12.16 which ranks 10th on EIU career list... member of sprint relay team that placed 7th at Drake Relays...

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for coach Rick Knust at Casey-Westfield High School earning varsity letters in basketball, track and cross country… team captain… set school record in triple jump as a senior… tied long jump record as senior… cross country finished as state runner-up in 2005… National Honor Society.
