Nic is a sophomore cross country & middle distance runner in track... ran three events in fall of 2008 cross country placing 25th at OVC championships... redshirted 2008 outdoor track season... ran 800m and mile during indoor with 8th place finish in mile at OVC championships... ran in two events in the fall of 2007 with a top 8K time of 26:07 at Bradley Invite... HIGH SCHOOL: competed in three different events at the 2007 IHSA State Track meet running for York HS... helped his team win first place honors in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 7:49.37 running the anchor leg... fifth place finisher in the 800 meter run and ran a personal best of 1:52.7 earlier in the year... placed 3rd at the state meet in the 4x400m relay... finished 42nd at the 2006 IHSA State Cross Country meet after finishing 26th as a junior... won the 2006 Niles West Sectional Championship... ran as the anchor leg on York HS national championship distance medley relay and national runner-up 4x800 meter relay teams in 2006.
