EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirted 2012 cross country season... ran in four meets during the 2011 cross country season... placed 27th at the OVC championships... top 8K time was 26:16 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... redshirted 2010 cross country season... ran in two meets during 2009 season placing 80th at Evansville Invite with an 8K time of 28:48.89. 

EIU TRACK:  Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile and 3K in indoor season with best 3K time of 8:50.21 at Grand Valley... ran the 1500m and 3K in outdoor track with best 1500m time of 4:05.56 at EIU Big Blue... best 5K tiem was 15:10 at Vanderbilt... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran distance events in three meets during indoor season... top 3K time was 8:47.33 at EIU Mega Meet... ran in one meet during outdoor season with time of 15:57.72 in the 5K... redshirted 2010 indoor and outdoor track.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Cary Grove High School... placed 4th in IHSA Track sectional in 3200m as a senior... personal best of 15:19 in 3-mile was at Peoria Invite.
