2007: Honorable Mention All-MVCMVC All-Tournament TeamMVC Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 24)College Soccer News National Team of the Week (Sept. 24)… Earl started all 21 games, ending his career having started 24 consecutive matches… earned Honorable Mention All-MVC recognition for the second year in a row… ranked fourth on the team in minutes played (1,743), going the distance five times, including both MVC Tournament contests… earned his second career MVC Offensive Player of the Week and CSN National Team of the Week honors after scoring the game-winner in the home opener against IUPUI and his second career overtime goal two days later in the victory at Kentucky… one of just three Panthers in the Valley era with a pair of overtime goals on his résumé… did not leave the field in any of EIU’s three games at Morrison Stadium in Omaha this season… played attempted penalty kicks against Lipscomb and Western Illinois… ranks seventh in game-winning goals, eighth in goals, and ninth in points in the program’s Valley era… Eastern posted a 6-3-2 record when he scored during his career.

2006: Honorable Mention All-MVCMVC Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 18)College Soccer News National Team of the Week (Sept. 18)Soccertimes.com National Honor Roll (Sept. 18)… Earl started all 18 games in which he played… beat Western Illinois with an overtime goal in Macomb, becoming the first Panther to score an OT goal since 2004 and first to score one on the road since 1998… concluded his big week by scoring twice in a 79-second span to help EIU clinch the team title at the UW-Green Bay Nike Classic… after recording an assist his first two and half seasons at EIU, tallied a helper in back-to-back MVC games against Western Kentucky and Evansville… both assists were he as he set up Mick Galeski's game-tying goal vs. WKU and Brad Peters' game-winner against UE… scored his first career game-winner against Asbury College… put 14 of his 31 shots on goal… EIU is 4-3-2 when he has scored during his career… MVC Top 10 Rankings: tied for ninth in goals (4).

2005: WKU Invitational All-Tournament Team… Earl played in all 17 games and started nine times, including five MVC contests… finished second on the team with a career-high four goals… two of his goals came in the second half with his team trailing, helping EIU salvage a draw… scored with less than a minute remaining against Drake and the point earned from that draw was key to EIU’s MVC Tournament berth… scored in back-to-back games against Bowling Green and Cal Poly… also found the back of the net against Olivet Nazarene… connected on his penalty-kick opportunity in shootout loss against Vanderbilt in the MVC Tournament … put 12 of his 21 shots on goal (good for a .571 shot on goal percentage).

2004: MVC All-Freshmen Team... Played in all 18 matches and started 16… scored his first collegiate goal against Memphis… also scored at Western Kentucky… 23 shots and seven shots on goal… tied for third in goals, tied for fourth in points (4) and third in shots...

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered three years in soccer… First Team 7-5A All-District in 2002-03… Dallas Morning News Northwest All-Area… member of the ‘85 North Texas ODP state team for three years… Won the 2000 North Texas State Cup with the Dallas Texans and the 2001 San Diego Surf Cup.
