2013-14 ... Set season-best times in three events at the end-of-season Summit League meet, including both the 100 & 200-Breast and 100-Fly... also saw action in a couple freestyle races, the 100-Fly and pair of IM events... swam second leg of both the 200 & 400-Medley relays over the course of his senior campaign.

2012-13 ... Earned All-Summit League kudos as a member of the new school-record 200-Medley Relay squad that placed second at the end-of-season championship... added and improved his EIU Top 10 times in the 100 and 200-Breast events at the same league meet to now rank No. 6 and No. 7, respectively... also saw action in the 50 Free, 100-Fly and 200-IM at various points in the season.

2011-12 ... Had a busy sophomore campaign as he saw action in nine individual events... set personal bests in the 50-Free, 200-Breast and both the 200/400-IM races at the Summit League meet... added his name to the EIU record books during the 200-Breast prelims at that end-of-season meet to now own the 7th fastest finish in that event... notched the second quickest Panther finish in the 200-Fly, while registering the third best finish in the 100-Breast and both the 200/400-IM.

2010-11 ... Competed in the 200-Free, 100 and 200-Breast and 200 and 400-IM events as a true freshman… his time in the 400-IM in the prelims at the Summit League meet helped to earn him a spot in the EIU record book as he earned a new 7th best time.

HIGH SCHOOL ...  He swam for coach Jon Karr, and was member of the track and field squad, at Avon HS in Indiana... set five school records over the course of his prep career... also multiple county team and individual championships... earned academic honors diploma.

PERSONAL ... Majoring in biology with a pre-med specialty... son of Thomas & Tracy Miller.

OUT OF THE WATER WITH JOSH ... 'J-Milla' or 'Magic Man' choose EIU "because of the team chemistry"... also enjoys playing raquetball... currently driving a Monte Carlo... favorite t.v. show is Dexter... a hidden talent is that he can move his eyebrows independently of one another... his family owns an American Eskimo dog named Kong... his favorite quote is "if you ain't first, your last."
