Biography
Nick is one of this season’s team captains... he only swam in three meets last year, placing fourth at Millikin in the 200-Free, while his 8th place 200-Free time of 2:06.34 that he swam at Illinois-Chicago was his best time over the course of the year... son of John and Veda Scarpetta... really enjoys watching golfer Tom Watson play... his favorite type of food is Italian... while meatloaf is his least favorite dish... Lumpkin Hall is his favorite building on EIU’s campus... lists biking and "not sleeping" as two of his hobbies and interests... for one day he would love to switch places with head coach Ray Padovan... names Boston as his favorite big city.
