2023 (RS-SENIOR): Played in 47 games during the season making 44 starts in the outfield... hit .304 for the year to hit over .300 for all three seasons at EIU... had 15 multi-hit games with seven two-hit games, seven three-hit games and one four-hit game against Southeast Missouri... had six multi-RBI games with a season-high four RBI against Lindenwood... was second on team in stolen bases with 25 in 28 attempts, the 25 stolen bases ranked second on the EIU single season record book list... finished career ranked second on EIU career steals list with 54... finished season with six doubles, two triples and one home run... had triples against Arkansas Pine Bluff and Southeast Missouri... hit lone home run of the year against Tennessee Tech... started all six games of the OVC Tournament run picking up eight hits with three hits each against Southern Indiana and Little Rock... had one hit against Xavier in the NCAA Regional... 

2022 (RS-JUNIOR): Played in 46 games this season starting all 46 in the outfield... held a .313 batting average this past season which was fifth on the team... was among the leaders in the OVC in stolen bases with 16 (8th in OVC)... was second on the team in runs scored with 45... one of four Panthers who had at least 60 hits and 30 RBI... went 2-for-5 with three RBI and three runs scored in a win against SIUE (April 10)... in a 14-9 victory against Tennessee Tech (April 30) Eickhoff posted a season high five RBI to lead the team... had 19 multi-hit games including five three hit games... Eickhoff posted eight games with multiple RBI... ended his season on a four game hitting streak and reached safely in 13 straight games... had at least three hits in at least one game in four OVC series...  finished the season with 60 hits with four doubles, one triple, and four home runs... Eickhoff also posted 34 RBI with an on-base percentage of .369...

2021 (JUNIOR): Used NCAA waiver to get additional year of eligibility due to shortened 2020 season based on COVID-19 pandemic... played in 31 games making 26 starters in the outfield... was among OVC leaders with a .435 batting average when suffering a mid-season injury on March 27 against Southeast Missouri... returned on April 30 at SIUE and finished season hitting .423 to become 23rd player in program history to hit .400 or better during a season... had an on-base percentage of .463 ad slugging percentage of .514... had eight doubles and one triple to go with 23 RBI... was 5-for-6 with three doubles and three RBI against Murray State (March 13)... added 5-for-6 game with four runs scored at Tennessee Tech (March 20)... had a total of 15 multiple-hit games... added three three-hit games at Southern Illinois (Feb. 23), Kansas State (March 5) and Jacksonville State (May 20)... was 2-for-5 with two RBI in EIU debut at Nicholls State (Feb. 20)... had a season best 11 game hit streak during the year... was 13-of-17 on stolen base attempts with season high two steals at Jacksonville State (May 20)... 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two season at North Central Missouri College.. was hitting .458 with two home runs, 28 RBI, 24 runs and 13 stolen bases during 2020 shortened season... named NJCAA third team Academic All-American... in 2019 hit .354 with four home runs, 29 RBI, 45 runs scored and 14 stolen bases... was named 2019 Mink League Co-Player of the League with the Chillicothe Mudcats...

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball at Westside HS...was selected for the Greg "Walt" Weiss award and a 3 year letter winner in high school.
