2025: Compete in indoor and outdoor track in the 2025 season… INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors running on the 4x400 relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships... ran the opening leg on the silver medal team that posted a time of 3:14.69 which ranked tenth on the EIU career top ten list... scored points with a seventh place finish at the OVC Championship in the 400 meters... season best 400 meter time was 48.98 at the Missouri Bob Teel Invite... season best 60 meter time was 7.07 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... earned bronze at the OVC Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 relay while scoring points with a seventh place finish in the 400 meters... season best 400 meter time was 48.47 at the OVC championship... 

2024: Competed in indoor and outdoor track in the 2024 season... INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... posted a first place finish as a member of the 4x400 meter team at the IUPUI Invite with a time of 3:14.13... season best 60 meter time was 6.97 at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird... season best 200 meter time was 21.85 at the IUPUI Invite... season best 400 meter time was 48.86 at the GVSU Big Meet... season best 4x400 relay was 3:11.26 at the GVSU Big Meet, time ranked second in EIU record book list... earned a bronze medal at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships as a member of the 4x400 relay team with a finish time of 3:16.23... OUTDOOR...  Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... scored points in three events with a pair of podium finishes at the OVC Championship... posted a third place OVC Championship time of 47.78 seconds in the 400 meter run which also serves as his new personal best... added another two personal bests, one in the 100 meter (10.97), and one in the 200 meter (21.81)... picked up a first place finish as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team in the OVC Championship with a time of 40.44 earning first team All-OVC honors... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and field at Joliet West High School...  as a senior had a breakout season advancing to the IHSA Class 3A State Championships in three different individual sprint events...  had a podium finish in the 100 meter, 200 meter and 400 meter sprints at the 2023 outdoor state meet...  was second in the state the 400 meters with a finals time of 47.28...  finished fourth in the state in both the 100 meter and 200 meter dash...  finals time in the 100 meter was 10.94 while finals time in the 200 meter was 21.89...  during senior indoor season placed in the top three in all three sprint events at the Illinois Class 3A Top Times meet...  was second in the 200 meter and 400 meter events while placing third in the 100 meter dash...  also competed for the Prestige Athletic Club competing in the New Balance Nationals Outdoor in 2023 and at the USATF Illinois Junior Olympic Championships in 2022...
