2024 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2024 season... season best finish was 13th at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... season best 8K time was 25:38.5 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship placing 33rd... finished 178th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 33:16.34...

2025: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track during the 2025 season... INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... ran the 800 meter and indoor mile events at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... season best 800 meter time was 1:56.45 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... season best indoor mile time was 4:21.26 at the EIU John Craft... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events during the outdoor season... season best 800 meter time was 1:57.00 at the Lousville Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open... season best 1,500 meter time was 3:58.56 at the Indiana State Sycamore Open... 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Transfer that competed in cross country and track & field at Mineral Area CC for two years...  was a two-time medalist at the NJCAA Division III National Championships during two years running cross country at Mineral Area...  as a sophomore placed second in the nation with an 8000 meter time of 26:15.1 after finishing third in the nation as a freshman with a time of 26:53.0...  also ran the NJCAA Half Marathon as a sophomore placing 44th with a 13.1 mile time of 1:14.24.7...  on the track at the JUCO level was a three-time National Champion winning the NJCAA Division III National Championship in the 800 meters at the 2024 Outdoor National Championships and in the 1500 meter run at both the 2023 & 2024 Outdoor National Championships...  800 meter winning time was 1:57.57 while 1500 meter winning time was 3:59.52 in 2023 and 4:01.67 in 2024...  tacked on top eight finishes at the national championships in the 5000 meter run both years at the outdoor championships while being an Indoor National Championship qualifier in the 800 meter and indoor mile run both years...  

HIGH SCHOOL:  As a high school athlete competed Windsor High School finishing sixth at the Missouri Class 4 Track & Field State Championships in the 800 meter as a senior with a time of 1:57.97...  during junior year placed sixth in the state in the 1600 meter run with a finals time of 4:29.47 and was the third leg on the state fifth place team in the 4x400 relay...  as a cross country runner placed 14th in the state at the Missouri Class 4 Cross Country State Championships as a senior with a 5000 meter time of 15:54.4...  crossed in 25th place at the state championships as a junior...
