2012: Competed in all meets during the 2012 cross country season... first team All-OVC in cross country placing sixth at the OVC Championships with a time of 24:45.36... top time was 24:23 which ranked 8th best in EIU history... placed 37th at NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 31:15.10 which ranked 13th best all-time at EIU...
2011: Ran in all meets during the 2011 cross country season... second team All-OVC by placing 11th at the OVC Championships with a time of 26:11.35... placed 68th at the NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:00 at the Illinois Intercollegiate...

2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track seasons... during indoor season ran the 800m and mile events... best 800m time was 1:51.91 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... best indoor mile time was 4:16.43 at the Northern Iowa Invite... during outdoor season ran the 800m and 1500m events... best 800m time was 1:54.28 at the OVC Outdoor Championships where he placed sixth... best 1500m time was 4:02.20 at the Illini Twilight... 
2013: Competed in middle distance events during 2013 indoor and outdoor track season...  during indoor season was second team All-OVC in the mile run with a time of 4:11.69... best mile time was 4:06.53 at the Grand Valley Meet which ranked 5th on the EIU career list... scored points for OVC Indoor Championship squad with seventh place finish in the 800m... best 800m time was 1:50.13 at the Notre Dame Meyo which ranked 3rd all-time at EIU... during outdoor season ran the 800m and 1500m events scoring points for the OVC Outdoor Championship team... was second team All-OVC in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.51... best 1500m time was 3:51.84 a the SIU Spring Classic... best 800m time was 1:50.55 at the Drake Relays where he placed 4th...  
2012: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 800m and mile during indoor season as part of OVC Championship team... was third in the 800m at the OVC meet with a time of 1:53.12... best 800m time was 1:52.56 at Grand Valley which ranked 10th on EIU career list... ran 800m and 1500m during outdoor season at part of OVC Championship team... best 800m time of 1:51.43 at EIU Big Blue ranked 9th on EIU career list... best 1500m time was 3:55.97 at Western Kentucky.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned a berth at the IHSA Class 3A state championships in the 800m run as a member of the Normal Community West High School squad... posted the second fastest sectional time entering the state meet winning the Moline Sectional with a time of 1:54.13... placed 9th at the state championships with a time of 1:54.84... placed 7th at the IHSA Class 3A championships in the 800m run as a junior
