HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track at nearby Shelbyville HS... advanced to IHSA Class 1A State Championships as a senior in three events - 4x800 relay, 1600m and 4x400 relay... ran anchor leg on third place team in the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:08.57... was second in the Shelbyville Sectional in the 1600m with a time of 4:41.73.
