EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all meets for 2011 cross country season... earned first team All-OVC honors placing 7th at the OVC meet with a time of 25:44.93... placed 50th at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 32:40.23... top 8K time was 24:45 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... competed in six of seven events during the 2010 cross country season... first team All-OVC with 7th place finish at the 2010 OVC Championships with a time of 25:44.87 in the 8K... placed 94th at the NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 24:57 at the Bradley Classic... returned to compete in final four meets of 2009 season... placed 20th at OVC Championships with an 8K time of 27:34.44... placed 89th at NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 33:40.7... top 8K time was 26:34.87 at Evansville Invite... medical redshirt for 2008 cross country season... one of top EIU runners in cross country in 2007 competing in five events... placed 15th at OVC Championships for top Panther finisher honors at 26:03.71... had three other Top 30 finishes with top time of 25:30 coming at Memphis Twilight...

EIU TRACK: Competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 3000m and 5000m events during indoor season as member of the OVC championship team... top 5K time was 15:19.64 and top 3K time was 8:58.53 both coming at the OVC meet... ran the 5K and 10K at the outdoor OVC championships... finished 2nd at teh 10K distance at OVC meet with a season best time of 31:32.76... did not run 2010 indoor track season but did compete in the 5000m during the outdoor season in three meets... best time was 15:48.60 at the SIUE Gateway... medical redshirt during 2009 indoor and outdoor track seasons... qualified for USA Junior National Track Championships in 10,000 meters but did not compete in summer of 2008 due to injury... ran indoor track in 2008... competed in 5,000m and 10,000m during 2008 outdoor track season... placed 4th at OVC championships in 10,000m with a time of 32:59.98.

High School: LaRocque was a four time state qualifier in cross country…was two-time team MVP in cross country…earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track and field for Coach John O’Malley... his father Tim played baseball at Arizona State University, as well as playing in single A…his uncle Steve Larocque wrestled at Northern Illinois University.
