2012: Ran in three meets during the 2012 cross country season... season best time was 25:35.35 at the OVC Championships placing 24th...
2011: In 2011 competed in season opening Walt Crawford Open with an 8K time of 25:37.56...  took medical redshirt...
2010: Competed in the first three meets of the 2010 season... top 8K time was 26:43.12 at the EIU Panther Open...
2009: Appeared in five meets during the 2009 season... top 8K time was 27:32 at Illinois Intercollegiate...

2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran the mile and 3K... second team All-OVC as a member of the distance medley relay team which placed second at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:06.71... season best mile time was 4:09.24 at the Grand Valley Big Meet, time ranked 10th on EIU career list... season best 3K time was 8:21.01 at the Notre Dame Meyo... during outdoor season ran the 1500m and 5K... season best 1500m 3:50.72 at the OVC Outdoor Championships placing fourth... season best 5K was 14:52.95 at the EIU Big Blue... 
2013: Competed in 2013 indoor and outdoor track... was a member of the OVC Indoor Championship squad competing in the 3K and 5K at the OVC meet... best 3K was 8:38.43 at the OVC meet... best 5K was 15:32.41 at the OVC meet... best indoor mile time was 4:19.36 at the Indiana Relays... during outdoor season competed in just two meets... best 1500m time was 4:02.85 at the SIU Spring Classic...
2012: Did not compete in 2012 indoor or outdoor track...
2011: Competed in 2011 outdoor track running the 1500m... top time was 4:17.26 at the EIU / ISU Dual... did not compete in 2011 indoor season...
2010: Redshirted 2010 indoor and outdoor track seasons.
