2015: Competed in 2015 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season was named the Ohio Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Year... named OVC Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 18... earned first team All-OVC honors in the 200m, 400m and as part of the 4x400m relay with first place finishes at the OVC Outdoor Championships... top 200m time was 21.23 at the Grand Valley Big Meet which ranked fifth on the EIU career list... top 400m time was 47.05 at the Notre Dame Meyo which ranked second on the EIU career list... won 200m at OVC Indoor meet with a time of 21.64... OVC winning time in the 400m was 48.08... during the outdoor season ran the 100m, 200m and 400m... advanced to the NCAA Midwest Regional in the 200m, 400m and as part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay squads... named Athlete of the Championships after earning first team All-OVC honors in three events as part of OVC Outdoor Championship squad... season best 200m time was 20.60 at the EIU Big Blue which ranked second on EIU career list... season best 400m time was 46.53 at the Indiana Billy Hayes which ranked fourth on EIU career list... placed 14th in NCAA Regional in 400m with a time of 46.58... placed 38th in NCAA Midwest Regional in 200m... member of school record setting 4x100m relay team with a time of 39.79... ran as part of 4x100m relay team that placed 16th at NCAA Midwest Regional... ran anchor leg on 4x400m team that posted a 3:08.84 at Drake Relays, time ranked second on EIU career list... member of 4x400m relay team at NCAA Midwest Regional that placed 24th... named OVC Track Athlete of the Week on April 8...

LINCOLN COLLEGE: Competed at Lincoln College in the 200m and 400m dash... was a junior college All-American in the 400m placing 7th at the national meet with a time of 46.68... advanced to the NJCAA National Championships in the 200m, 400m and 4x100 relay... as a freshman was second at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships in the 200m with a finals time of 21.80... advanced to NJCAA Outdoor Nationals both years.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track at Sun Prairie HS... was second at the Wisconsin Division I State Championships as a senior in the 200m with a championships time of 21.87...
