INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... won third straight Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Long Jump title earning first team All-OVC honors at the OVC Indoor Championships... landed an OVC winning long jump of 25'2"... posted season best long jump mark of 25'3.25" at the Grand Valley Big Meet with that jump landing second on the EIU career top ten list... posted first place finishes during the year in the long jump at the OVC Championship, Grand Valley Big Meet, DePaul Blue Demon Alumni Classic, Illinois Fighting Illini Challenge, EIU John Craft and Illinois State John Coughlan Invite... ranked 32nd in the NCAA in indoor long jump for the year... also competed in the triple jump scoring points with a fifth place finish at the OVC Championships with a season best jump of 47'4.25"...

INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... was a first-team All-OVC performer winning the long jump with a gold medal jump of 25'0.75", which is also ranked fourth in EIU record book list... posted four first place finishes in the long jump during the season, including the Ohio Valley Conference, Notre Dame Invite, EIU John Craft Invite, and Eastern Illinois Early Bird... season best 60 meter dash was 7.08 at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird... season best 200 meter race was 23.21 at the Notre Dame Invite... season best triple jump was 47'10.5" at the Ohio Valley Conference...
OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the 2024 outdoor season... earned second team All-American honors with a 10th place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships... posted a national championship jump of 24'11.25"... placed 12th at the NCAA West Regional in the long jump to lock up spot to National Championship with a jump of 25'3.25"... won gold in the long jump at the OVC Championships with a winning jump of 25'2.50"... ran second leg of gold medal winning 4x100 relay earning two first team All-OVC honors at championship... scored points with fifth place finishes at the OVC meet in the triple jump and javelin... had a career best throw of 186.5" in the javelin at the OVC Championship... posted a total of three first place finishes in the long jump during the season... named EIU Male Athlete of the Year...

OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... scored points in three events at the OVC Outdoor Championship... was second in the long jump with a silver medal jump of 26'1.50" which earned second team All-OVC honors and broke the EIU school record which had stood for nearly 50 years (1974)... was eighth in the triple and fifth in the javelin... had a season best javelin throw of 167'3" and season best triple jump of 48'3.50:" both at the OVC Championships... competed in the NCAA West Regional in the long jump with a jump of 23'4" finishing 39th... was second in the long jump at the Texas Relays and had a first place finish in the long jump at the EIU Big Blue... had the 25th best long jump in the United States during the year across all levels...

OUTDOOR: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... competed in multiple individual events as well as the decathlon... posted 5,797 points in the decathlon at the ISU Gibson Invite... had season best marks in the 110m hurdles, long jump and javelin competing at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships... 110m hurdle time was 14.96, long jump mark was 23'8.75" and javelin throw was 159'... added season best efforts in the high jump and triple jump at the SIU Bill Cornell clearing 6'4.75" in the high jump and landing at 46'0.75" in the triple jump... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the 110m hurdles, long jump and javelin...
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track at Shiloh HS… was the IHSA Class 1A State Champion in the triple jump as a junior while advancing to the state meet in four events… won the triple jump with a finals mark of 46’3.25”… added state finals appearances in the long jump, high jump and 300 meter hurdles… placed sixth at the state meet in the long jump with a finals mark of 21’11”… season best 300m hurdle time was 41.22 while clearing a season best height of 6’3” in the high jump… placed third at the IHSA Class 1A State Championships in the long jump and triple jump as a sophomore while also advancing to the state finals in the triple jump as a freshman… won the Illinois Top Times 1A Indoor Championship triple jump as a sophomore while placing second as a junior…
