OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... earned second team All-OVC honors with a silver medal finish at the OVC Championships... OVC Championship high jump mark was a season best 6'11" which ranked fourth on the EIU career record book... competed in the NCAA West Regional in the high jump placing 29th with a NCAA jump of 6'8.75"... 

2021: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2021 season... INDOOR: Competed in two meets during the indoor season... competed in the high jump clearing a season best height of 6'6.75" at the EIU Friday Night... OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... competed in the high jump clearing a season best height of 6'10.75" at the SIU Bill Cornell, height ranked fourth best on the EIU career record list... competed in the NCAA West Regional in the high jump placing 40th, cleared a height of 6'7"... had a first place finish in the high jump at the Texas State Bobcat Invite clearing 6'9"... member of Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the high jump with a bronze medal performance of clearing 6'8"... 

2020: Did not compete in any meets during the indoor season using redshirt year... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... INDOOR: Redshirted indoor season... 

2019: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2019 season... INDOOR - Competed in the six meets during the indoor season... competed in the high jump... cleared a season best height of 6-8.25" at the EIU Early Bird... placed fifth at the OVC Indoor Championships... OUTDOOR - Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... competed in the high jump... cleared a season best height of 6-8 at the ISU Gibson... posted a first place finish in the high jump at the EIU Big Blue with a height of 6-4.75"... scored points as a member of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Marist HS in Chicago advancing to the IHSA Class 3A State Championships in the high jump as a senior... was the 3A Berwyn-Cicero (Morton) Sectional Champion clearing a height of 6'6" which set the Marist school record... father Steve Rowe was an All-Conference basketball player for the Panthers from 1988-92 helping lead EIU to the 1992 NCAA Division I Tournament.
