* Has an OVC record of 150-108 at EIU heading into 2020 season

* Head coach at Purdue University from 2014 to 2016
* Posted 85-81-1 record at Purdue with five wins over Top 25 opponents
* Coached nine NFCA All-Mid-East Region selections at Purdue
* Coached seven All-Big Ten Conference selections at Purdue
* Coached two Academic All-Americans, four Academic All-Region, 34 Academic All-Big Ten selections
* Two players went on to play in National Pro Fastpitch League
* Won 300th career game as a head coach on March 6, 2016 against College of Charleston
* Head coach at Quincy University (NCAA Division II) in 2005 posting a 24-28 record
* Assistant coach at San Jose State from 2001-04
