* Hired as Eastern Illinois assistant softball coach in August of 2022
* Works with EIU hitters and infielders
* Enters second season at EIU for 2023-24 academic year
* Helped coach EIU to first-ever NCAA Regional appearance, team won 34 games and OVC Tournament title
* Coached OVC Freshman of the Year and NFCA 2nd Team All-Region 3rd Baseman Kendall Grover
* Helped coach a total of six players that earned All-OVC honors including two first team, three second team, two All-Newcomer team
* Team posted several offensive numbers that ranked in top ten in school history
    - hits (395 / 9th), doubles (80 / 3rd), home runs (39 / 4th), runs (234 / 7th), RBI (206 / 5th), slugging pct (.421 / 4th), walks (176 / 2nd) , sac flies (16 / 1st)
* Team ranked 27th in NCAA in doubles for the season
* Defense turned 20 double plays which ranked second in school history 
* Helped coach team to 34 wins (7th most in school history) and .618 win pct (8th best in school history)

Prior to Eastern Illinois 
* Worked as an assistant coach at Bradley for six seasons 2018-22 as an assistant coach, previous as a volunteer assistant
* Developed team into nationally ranked unit in each season
* Team set school record in home runs ranking 8th in the NCAA in 2019
* Team ranked 13th in NCAA in slugging percentage, 22nd in scoring and 49th in batting average in 2019
* Team hit .304 during 2020 season 
* Team ranked 51st in NCAA in triples in 2022
* Helped coach ten players that earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors
* Coached four players that set school season home run record held at one time by Huggins
* Worked with infielders and defense, team ranked second in Missouri Valley Conference in fielding percentage in 2022
* Helped with Bradley's Academic Success, team earned NFCA Team Academic Honors each season
