* Helped coach team to more than 200 wins and four consecutive MWAC Conference Championships
* Parkland College team posted 5th (2023), 7th (2021) and 9th (2024) place World Series finishes 
* Helped coach six NJCAA All-Americans and five NFCA All-Americans
* Coached baseball at various levels for 15 years
* Five years as General Manager and Head Coach of Mattoon American Legion

* He and wife Paula have two adult children (Haley and Hayden)
* Son Hayden is a former Eastern Illinois baseball player, now pitching in the Major Leagues
