* Joined EIU coaching staff in fall of 2023
* Helps in coaching outfielders
* Enters fourth season at EIU for 2025-26 academic year, second season on head coaches Kristi & Dan Paulson's staff
* Helped coach EIU to first-ever NCAA Regional appearance, team won 34 games and OVC Tournament title in 2023
* Coached OVC Freshman of the Year and NFCA 2nd Team All-Region 3rd Baseman Kendall Grover
* Helped coach a total of six players that earned All-OVC honors including two first team, three second team, two All-Newcomer team
* Team posted several offensive numbers that ranked in top ten in school history
    - hits (395 / 9th), doubles (80 / 3rd), home runs (39 / 4th), runs (234 / 7th), RBI (206 / 5th), slugging pct (.421 / 4th), walks (176 / 2nd) , sac flies (16 / 1st)
* Team ranked 27th in NCAA in doubles for the season
* Defense turned 20 double plays which ranked second in school history 
* Helped coach team to 34 wins (7th most in school history) and .618 win pct (8th best in school history)
* Helped coach team to 40 wins and OVC regular season championship in 2024
* Helped coach OVC co-Player of the Year Kendall Grover in 2024 and 2025
* Coached three first team All-OVC players in 2024 and three first team All-OVC players in 2025
* Coached two second team All-OVC selections (2024 & 2025)
*  Helped coach team to 2025 OVC regular season championship and OVC Tournament title
* Helped coach team to 2025 NCAA Tournament appearance in Austin, Texas

Prior To EIU
* Assistant softball coach at Tuscola High School for eight seasons
* Helped coach team to 193-36 record during those eight years
* Brings more than 30 years of experience in men's fast pitch
* Won five state titles and two national titles in men's fast pitch
* Inductee into 2023 Illinois ASA Hall of Fame with the Central Illinois Knights
