2021 (RS-SENIOR):
Started all 44 games primarily at first base but also as the designated player... named first team All-Ohio Valley Conference at designated player... named third team NFCA All-Mideast Region at first base... hit .339 for the season with 13 home runs, two doubles and 35 RBI... ended playing days at EIU career leader in home runs with 39, RBI with 167 and slugging percentage at .601... had a career batting average of .346 which ranked sixth on EIU career charts... 13 home runs during season rank second on EIU single season list... had a two home run game at Eastern Kentucky... had nine multi-RBI games with a high of four at Eastern Kentucky... added three RBI games against Belmont and Tennessee Tech... had ten multiple hit games ending career on a six game hit streak... had a pair of three hit games against Alabama State and Eastern Kentucky... during season became sixth player in program history to pass 200 hit mark ending career with 221 hits to rank second in program history... ended career second in career sacrifice flys (8) and fifth in hit by pitch (16)... OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2020 (SENIOR): Started all 21 games during shortened season rotating between designated hitter and first base... hit .295 on the season with four multi-hit games... had a season high four hits against Samford (game 2) going 4-for-4... added three hit performances against Western Carolina (game 2) and Green Bay (game 2)... had one home run on the year and three doubles... finished season with ten RBI including a three RBI effort against Green Bay (game 1)... entered 2020 season as EIU career leader in RBI and ended season with 132... ended season ranked second in career home runs with 26 and fourth in career total bases with .286... holds career EIU batting average of .365 which would rank third all-time at EIU while career slugging percentage of .606 would be first all-time for the Panthers... 2019-20 OVC Medal of Honor

2019 (JUNIOR): Made 36 starts in 37 appearances as the designated player after being sidelined during the start of the season due to an injury... hit .345 on the year with 38 hits including two doubles and eight homers... tallied 13 runs scored and drove in 26 runs to finish with a .582 slugging percentage... finished with 12 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games... batted in a career-high six RBI vs. Morehead State after hitting a two-run homer and a grand slam all in one game... her eight homers on the season is ted for fourth in the single-season records bringing her career-total to 25 homers ranking second in career all-time records... she also hold the all-time career record with 122 RBI with one season to continue to add to this record... OVC Medal of Honor...

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Made 54 starts for the Panthers in her sophomore season seeing most of her action at first base... finished the season with a team-best .419 batting average, .717 slugging percentage, 75 hits, 18 doubles, 12 home runs, and 63 RBI... recorded 26 multiple hit games including seven games with three hits... tallied 19 games with at least two RBI... earned first Player of the Week honor with two homers, three doubles, and 10 RBI at the Gardner-Webb tournament... recorded a season high five RBI at Gardner-Webb going 1-for-2 at the plate with one home run... hit two home runs vs. Western Michigan recording four RBI and two runs... tallied another four RBI at Belmont going 3-for-4 at the plate with two doubles and two runs scored... posted EIU softball single season bests with slugging percentage (.717), RBI (63), and homers (12)... ranked in the top five in the OVC with batting average, hits, RBI, doubles, homers, and total bases... finished the regular season ranked nationally in the top-10 with RBI and RBI per game...finished the season with 220 putouts, eight assists, and a .979 fielding percentage... named First Team All-Conference and CoSIDA Academic All-District 5 Team...

2017 (FRESHMAN): Started in 43 games her freshman season... named second team All-Ohio Valley Conference and to the All-OVC Newcomer team... named second team All-Mideast Region by NFCA... split time between designated hitter and catcher... finished the season with a .343 batting average logging 47 hits... opened the year with a 14-game hitting streak... led the team with 33 RBIs placing her in a tie for 12th on the EIU single-season record list... had 10 games with multiple RBIs... single-game best five runs batted in against SIU Edwardsville... recorded five doubles, a triple, and five home runs throughout the season... hit EIU's first grand slam since the 2015 season in game against SIU Edwardsville... second on the team with a .504 slugging percentage... earned 10 runs scored... recorded her sole stolen base on the year against Loyola-Chicago... earned a .989 fielding percentage recording only one error on the season... logged 82 putouts and 10 assists... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Mitchell played for Temple City HS...was a four time scholar athlete... career high school batting average of .436 and an on base percentage of .520... hit seven home runs and accumulated 34 RBIs her senior year... finished her high school career with 65 hits including 14 doubles, three triples, and eight home runs... named the Pasadena-Star News 2016 High School Softball Player of the Year.
