2006: OVC All-Tournament Team… Mackie pitched in 32 games and started 26 times… was the winning pitcher in both EIU victories at the OVC Tournament… pitched remarkably well in the extra-inning win over Jacksonville State at the OVC Tourney, holding the high-powered JSU offense to only six hits and one run in an eight-inning complete game… tossed 3 1/3 innings of one-hit relief a day earlier against Eastern Kentucky giving the Panthers a chance to rally for victory… struck out a career-high nine in four-hit complete game against Samford… tossed back-to-back shutouts twice: against Boston College and at Saint Louis, and versus Yale and Fairleigh Dickinson at the Rebel Spring Games… struck out six in both complete-game efforts against BC and SLU… for the second year in a row, was the winning pitcher in both EIU victories against Morehead State… she allowed just one run while striking out 11 in 9 2/3 innings that weekend… did not walk a batter while allowing just two runs thru 7 1/3 innings against league and tournament champion Tennessee Tech… posted a 0.28 ERA in 24 2/3 innings at the Rebel Games… registered a 1.85 ERA thru 34 innings pitched at home… was dynamite in the month of March, posting eight wins and a 1.24 ERA while opposing hitters batted just .207… proved to be EIU’s toughest pitcher in May as well, allowing just one extra-base hit while registering a 1.35 ERA in the final month of the season… at the OVC Tournament, meanwhile, she did not surrender an extra-base hit in 14 2/3 innings… OVC Rankings: tied for seventh in wins (13), tied for eighth in games started and shutouts, and 10th in ERA… EIU Single-Season Rankings: tied for seventh in appearances and tied for 10th in games started.
2005: Started 10 games and appeared in 16… earned her first collegiate victory after holding high-powered Jacksonville State to only four runs in a complete-game effort… earned a pair of victories in the Morehead State series after allowing only three runs in 11 1/3 innings… held Southeast Missouri to one run in 5 1/3 innings, allowing the Panthers to rally for a comeback victory… pitched an inning-and-a-third of hitless relief at Samford as EIU rallied for a comeback win… struck out three versus Winthrop… allowed only two hits and one run in her impressive complete-game debut against North Dakota State… walked in her only plate appearance.
