2016 Second Team All-Conference

2016 ... Bennett was a powerhouse for the Panthers in her senior season appearing in 46 games and making 45 starts... spent the majority of her starts playing from first base... led the team in numerous categories including RBIs (33), doubles (10), triples (2), home runs (12), total bases (89), slugging percentage (.690), and putouts (240)... finished the year with the team's second-highest batting average of .302 recording 39 hits and 14 runs scored... hit both of her season triples in the opening game of the year against IUPUI on Feb. 12... broke the all-time single-season home run record at EIU with her 12 home runs on the year... hit two home runs in a single game against Southern Illinois (Mar. 5) and Southeast Missouri (May 8)... her .690 season slugging percentage is the second highest percentage in a single-season at EIU... led the team with nine multiple RBI games... OVC Academic Medal of Honor recipient    

2015 ... Saw action in 36 games her junior season earning 26 starts... split time between first base and designated hitter switching between batting at the No. 5, 6, and 7 spots throughout the majority of the season... earned 13 RBIs off of 21 hits... hit seven doubles including three home runs, the first of her career... tied with Hannah Cole for a team leading total of 139 putouts... career single-game high of 16 putouts against Southeast Missouri in the OVC Tournament... OVC Commisioner's Honor Roll.

2014 ... Earned one start as designated hitter and several inserts as a pinch hitter during her sophomore campaign... OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll, including Medal of Honor accolades.

2013 ... Saw action in 18 games, which included three starts... two as designated hitter and another at first base... OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL ... Under coach Steve Paulsen, she earned four varsity softball letters at Lincoln-Way Central HS in New Lenox, Ill... twice earned all-conference kudos, while also earning all-state, all-area and team MVP honors during her junior campaign... registered several athlete of the week honors by the Herald News over the course of her prep career... four-year member of the high honor roll and a National Honor Society member.
