2019 (JUNIOR): Made 34 appearances in the circle including 19 starts and seven complete games for the Panthers in her junior season... recorded a 2.79 ERA with 54 strikeouts over 115.1 innings pitched... pitched two shutouts for EIU and finished with a .226 opponent batting average... retired a career-best 11 batters vs. Tennessee State in a near no-hitter over eight innings... made 15 starts in the batting order hitting .206 on the year... recorded seven hits including two doubles with four RBI on the year... 

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Made two appearances and one start on the mound for the Panthers before sitting out due to a season-ending knee injury...

2017 (FRESHMAN): Made only two appearances her freshman season... tallied 2.2 innings pitched in games against Alabama A&M and Savannah State... recorded one strikeout in each game... allowed only one hit during her two appearances... finished the year with a 0.00 ERA...

HIGH SCHOOL:  A dual threat on both the mound and in the batter's box Coffman posted a 0.70 ERA in 20 innings pitched while tallying 20 strikeouts in her junior season... accumulated 40 hits, 31 RBIs, and eight home-runs in a 29 game span her junior year... helped lead the team to a Division III championship game berth... awarded First Team All-Mid State League Freshman and Sophomore Year,.. Second Team All-Mid-State League, First Team All-Area, and Special Mention - All Metro her junior season.
