2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in two meets during the 2023 cross country season... both events were at the 6K distance competing in the ISU Redbird Invite and Bradley "Pink" Classic... season best 6K time was 25:27.3 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic... top finish during the season was 89th at the ISU Redbird Invite...

INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season... ran the 800 meter event with a season best time of 2:24.01 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events... season best 800 meter time of 2:19.97 came at the Illinois Gary Wieneke... season best 1,500 mark was 5:04.94 at the Louisville Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open... ran the 800 meter at the OVC Championships... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Stanford Olympia High School...  was a three time IHSA Class 1A State Championship qualifier in cross country advancing during freshman, junior and senior seasons...  best 3-mile state finals time was as a freshman finishing at 19:45.1...  as a senior placed tenth at the Eureka Regional with a season-best 3-mile time of 19:38.8...  as a track and field athlete was a two-time IHSA Class 2A state qualifier in the 800 meter run... season best time in the 800 meter as a senior was with a first-place finish at the Kankakee Sectional with a time of 2:21.77...
