2025 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six of seven meets during the 2025 season missing the Louisville XC Classic in the middle of the year... best finish of the year was 24th at the EIU Walt Crawford Open... posted top 6K time of the season at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships finishing 33rd with a time of 22:43.9... finished 204th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 24:07.6... top 5K time of the year was 19:12.59 in the season opening SEMO Redhawk Invite... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and cross country at Tolono Unity High School helping team place second at the IHSA Class 2A Track and Field State Championships as a senior...  competed in the 400-meter, 800 meter, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay at the state meet landing on the podium in all four events...  ran the anchor leg on the state champion 4x800 relay team that won with a time of 9:19.34...  was the anchor leg on the 4x400 relay team that placed second in the state with time of 3:59.90...  as an individual was fourth in the 400 meters (56.97) and fifth in the 800 meters (2:15.20)...  reached the state championship in those same four events as a junior...  was a four-time state qualifier in the 400-meter run and competed as a freshman at state in the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams... in cross country reached the IHSA Class 1A Cross Counry State Championships as a junior and a senior... placed 36th in the state as a senior with a 3-mile finals time of 18:25.8 as team finished second in the state... finished 52nd at the state meet as a junior helping team win Class 1A state title...
