HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Tolono Unity HS...  advanced to the IHSA Class 2A Track State Meet as a member of the 4x800 meter relay team as a senior...  ran second leg of the 4x800 relay as team would place 12th at the state finals with a time of 10:20.13...  also ran 1,600 meter and 3,2000 meter events for track... was four-time state qualifier for the IHSA Class 1A State Cross Country Championships helping school win state titles during freshman and junior seasons... scored points all four seasons at the state championship with best finish coming as a sophomore placing 41st with a time of 18:41...  placed 53rd during senior season with a 70th place finish as a junior and 53rd place finish as a freshman...
