2021 (5TH YEAR): Competed in all six meets during the 2021 season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing 14th at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 18:55.4... season best 5K time was 18:22.7 at the EIU Walt Crawford which also had a season best finish of fifth... placed 143rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 22:54.07... 

2020 (SENIOR): Competed in two of three meets during the 2020 season which was contested in spring of 2021... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a sixth place finish at the OVC Championships... had a 5K time of 19:47.0 at the OVC meet helping team finish third... season best 5K time was 19:05.6 at the EIU Spring Open placing seventh... OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2019 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2019 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a seventh place finish at the OVC meet crossing with a 5K time of 18:05.7... season best finish was fourth at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... season best 5K time was 17:57.4 at the Louisville Classic, time ranked in the EIU career top 15... season best 6K time was 21:57.8 at hte Bradley Pink Classic with a 27th place finish in the Red Race... placed 108th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 22:42...2019-20 OVC Medal of Honor

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in six meets during the 2018 season... season best 5K time was 18:06.5 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... placed 14th at the OVC meet to earn second team All-OVC honors... season best finish was 13th at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... placed 145th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 22:35.5... 

2017 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during the 2017 season... season best 5K time was 19:15.61 at the Louisville Classic... placed 61st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a 5K time of 19:15.7... season best finish was 38th at the Bradley Intercollegiate... placed 198th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 23:16...

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Crystal Lake Central HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 2A State championships in cross country three times… placed 27th as a senior with a 3-mile finals time of 17:54.0… placed 31st as a junior with a 3-mile finals time of 18:08.0… placed 85th at the IHSA Class 2A state meet as a sophomore… competed in the 800 meter as a track athlete… placed fourth in the 800 meter at the IHSA Class 3A Huntley Sectional with a time of 2:25.30… season best 800 meter time was 2:23.38 at the Fox Valley Conference Championships…
