EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven meets during the 2010 cross country season placing 15th at OVC Championships... was top EIU finisher in 98th at NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:06.41... top 5K time was 18:56 at Notre Dame Gold... competed in three meets during 2009 cross country season with best time of 19:47.52 coming at EIU Panther Open... one of top runners during 2008 cross country season… finished 20th at OVC championships with a time of 19:57.4… placed 135th at NCAA Regional… top 5k time was 19:13.97 at Evansville Invite… placed 18th at 2007 OVC cross country championships, second highest EIU finisher with a time of 19:30.74...

EIU TRACK: Ran in only one meet during the 2011 indoor season and two meets during the 2011 outdoor season... posted a 3K time of 10:39.42 in the EIU Early Bird during indoor season... placed 4th in the steeplechase at the 2011 OVC Outdoor Championships scoring points for OVC Championship squad...  missed the 2010 indoor track season but did return to run 2010 outdoor season... competed in the steeplechase with her best mark of 12:07.23 coming at the SIUE Gateway... ran the mile and 3000m primarily during the 2009 indoor track season... competed in the 5000m at the OVC championships placing 5th with a time of 17:45.17 which ranks 2nd on EIU career list.. during outdoor season ran steeplechase and 5000m events... placed 4th at OVC championships in steeplechase... best steeplechase mark was 11:24.84 at Georgia Relays which ranks 5th on EIU career list... placed 9th in 5000m at OVC championships… redshirted during 2008 indoor track season… ran 5000m and steeplechase during 2008 outdoor season… second team All-OVC in steeplechase at OVC Outdoor championships with a personal record of 11:40.98 which ranks 6th on EIU career list… best 5000m time was 18:26.59 also set at OVC meet...

HIGH SCHOOL: was a two time Top 15 regional finisher in cross country running for South High School in Crystal Lake, Ill... she placed in the Top 15 in 2005 and 2006 at the Regionals as her team placed fourth in 2005 and fifth in 2006 to advance to the Sectionals... she placed 36th at the sectionals as a senior and had a career best of 18:55 in the 3 miles at the Peoria Notre Dame Invite... she has a best time of 11:35 in the 3200 meters and was the 2006 McHenry County Champion.
