2019 (RS-SOPHOMORE): Competed in three meets during the 2019 season... posted season best 5K time and finish at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford crossing with a time of 20:01.2 to place 15th... posted a season best 6K time of 24:40 at the Bradley Pink Classic...OVC Academic Medal of Honor

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Did not compete in any meets during the 2018 season using redshirt year...

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at West De Pere HS... advanced to WIAA Division I Sectional 3 years… advanced to Wisconsin State Championships as a sophomore placing 107th with a time of 20:17.5… won WIAA Sectional as a sophomore with a time of 20:13.6… posted a career best 5K of 20:03.2 placing second at Bay Conference Meet as a sophomore… advanced to sectionals all four years of cross country... ran middle distance in track… advanced to State Meet as a junior as a member of 4x800 meter relay, team finished sixth at Division I state meet… as a senior advanced to the Wisconsin D1 Championships as a member of the 4x400m relay...
