2019 (RS-SENIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2019 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a runner-up finish at the OVC Championships... had a 5K time of 17:52.1 at the OVC meet... opened season with a first-place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford with a 5K time of 18:16.7 earning OVC Runner of the Week honors... season best 5K time was 17:41.2 at the Louisville Classic which ranked as the seventh best time in school history... just missed All-Region honors finishing 28th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 21:24.7 which tied for second on the EIU career list... 

2018 (SENIOR): Competed in five meets during the 2018 season... season best 5K time was 18:05.9 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... placed 13th at the OVC Meet to earn second team All-OVC honors... placed 76th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 21:50.2... 

2017 (JUNIOR): Competed in six meets during the 2017 season... season best 5K time was 18:16.7 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships placing 30th... season best finish was 18th at the Bradley Intercollegiate... placed 111th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 21:53... 

2016 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in first two meets of the 2016 season... placed 30th at the EIU Walt Crawford with a season best 5K time of 19:55.86... participated at the Illinois State Invite... granted medical redshirt... 

2015 (FRESHMAN): Competed in four meets during the 2015 season... season best 5K time was 19:26.2 at the Illinois State Invite... posted a 6K time of 23:15.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic...

2019: Redshirted 2019 indoor season, competed during outdoor track season... INDOOR - Redshirted season... OUTDOOR - Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800m and 1,500m events... season best 800m time was 2:13.46 at the OVC Outdoor Championships... season best 1,500m time was 4:31.54 at the Drake Relays, time ranked sixth on EIU career list... posted a first place finish in the 1,500m winning the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 4:54.69... was the bronze medalist in the 1,500m at the OVC meet... 

2018: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during 2018 season... INDOOR - competed in six meets during the indoor season... ran the 800 meter and mile events... season best 800 meter time was 2:16.23 at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... season best mile time was 5:02.20 at the Notre Dame Meyo... scored points in both events for EIU at the OVC Indoor Championship... ran the 3K at the Grand Valley Big Meet with a time of 10:14.16... OUTDOOR - competed in six meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events... season best 800 meter time was 2:16.63 at the Ohio Valle Conference Outdoor Championship... season best 1,500 meter time was 4:39.90 at the Indiana State Pacesetter... posted two first place finishes in the 1,500 meter during the season at the EIU Big Blue and ISU Pacesetter... 

2017: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2017 season... INDOOR- competed in four meets during the indoor season... ran the 800m and indoor mile races... season best 800m time was 2:23.68 at the EIU John Craft... season best mile time was 5:16.44 at the Indiana Relays... also ran the distance medley relay during the season... OUTDOOR - competed in two meets during the outdoor season... ran the 1,500 meter event... season best 1,500m time was 5:09.92 at the Illinois Twilight... 

2016: Competed in indoor track, redshirted 2016 outdoor season... INDOOR - competed in four meets during the 2016 indoor season... ran the 800m and mile... season best 800m was 2:31.05 at the IU Relays... season best mile was 5:36.56 at the EIU John Craft... OUTDOOR - redshirted season...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Belleville Althoff Catholic HS advancing to the IHSA Class 1A state track meet in three events... ran the 800m as an individual and was part of both the 4x800m and 4x400m relay squads...  finished seventh in the state in the 800m with a finals time of 2:21.61... helped team place second in the Nashville Sectional as the 4x800m squad placed second with a time 10:30.50... the 4x400m relay team won the sectional with a time of 4:14.92...  as a junior advanced to the IHSA Class 1A state meet in the 3200m placing second in the Chester Sectional...in cross country advanced to the IHSA State Meet three times during freshman, junior and senior year... as a senior placed 29th in the state with a 3-mile finals time of 18:38...
