2020 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in two of three meets during the 2020 season which was contested in spring of 2021... placed 13th at the Southeast Missouri meet with a 5K time of 19:13.4 which was best time of the season... placed 19th at the EIU Spring Open with a 5K time of 19:48.1... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2019 (FRESHMAN): Competed in four meets during the 2019 season... season best 11th place finish was in season opening EIU Walt Crawford... had a season best 5K time of 19:10.1 at the Louisville Classic... placed 51st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a 5K time of 19:40.1... had a 6K time of 23:43.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic... did not compete in the NCAA Midwest Regional... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Delavan HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 1A Track State Meet in the 800 meters and 300 meter hurdle events as a senior...  finished ninth in the state finals in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:24.48...  was the eighth place finisher in the state in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 47.36... as a junior placed fifth in the state in the 300 meter hurdles with a finals time of 46.75 and was 12th in the state in the 800 meter run with a finals time of 2:20.96... in cross country advanced as an individual to the IHSA Class 1A State Championships as a junior...  placed 27th at the state championship with a time of 18:27...  as a senior best 3-mile time of the season was 18:22.5...  placed fourth at the Macomb Regional as a senior...
